1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or utilizing any AgentX API endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all users, including Free, Pro, and Enterprise tier subscribers.
2. Description of Service
AgentX is an autonomous agentic operating system that provides real-time monitoring, chaos engineering, security vector simulation, and self-healing infrastructure for AI agent environments. The platform includes a dashboard interface, REST API endpoints, a chaos engine for controlled fault injection, a hardware verification system, and autonomous guardian services. The service is provided in an Alpha phase and may be subject to instability, feature changes, or temporary unavailability.
3. Account Registration & Authentication
Users must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. Unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence in credential management is your sole responsibility. AgentX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
4. Credit System & Billing
AgentX operates on a credit-based usage model. Credits are purchased as one-time payments at the published rates: Free tier includes 10 complimentary credits, Pro tier includes 250 credits for Rs. 4,000, and Enterprise tier includes 1,000 credits for Rs. 15,000. Each agent invocation consumes credits based on the complexity and duration of the task. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 12 months after purchase. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AgentX solely for legitimate software development, testing, and monitoring purposes. The chaos engine and security vector simulator must only be directed at infrastructure you own or have explicit authorization to test. You must not attempt to use the platform to attack third-party systems, harvest unauthorized data, circumvent security controls, or reverse-engineer the platform architecture. Violation of acceptable use terms will result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and documentation comprising the AgentX platform are the exclusive intellectual property of AgentX and its licensors. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform for processing. By using the service, you grant AgentX a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.
7. Service Availability
AgentX strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for production services. However, during the Alpha phase, scheduled maintenance, feature deployments, or unforeseen infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions during the Alpha period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard settings. AgentX may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where AgentX is registered.
